Description

As a Senior HRBP for UAE last mile & sub same day delivery operations you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan for the Delivery stations and SSD nodes across UAE. You will work closely with the operations team providing pragmatic, commercial and employee-focused advice and support across UAE. You will utilize your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change, ensuring that we retain motivated teams of employees who can deliver an excellent service to our customers.

• Own and manage the relationships with several client group business leaders.
