Base salary $100,000-$120,000

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to partner with plant leadership, drive employee relations initiatives, and help shape talent and workforce strategies across a multi-site operation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, paper, food processing, or similar environments preferred Strong employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution experience Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, compliance, and workforce planning
