Manage end-to-end HR operations ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Handle the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, employee relations, performance management, and exit formalities
Manage talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of local and overseas candidates
Coordinate UAE visa and immigration processes including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, dependent visas, Emirates ID applications, and related government transactions
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, leave administration, attendance records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare monthly payroll inputs, monitor WPS compliance and coordinate end-of-service settlements and employee-related documentation
