Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, hands‑on Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage our human resources operations and administrative functions in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Malaysian labor law, possessing extensive experience in managing end‑to‑end payroll via Infotech and independently resolving complex employment disputes.

This role requires a balance of strategic problem‑solving and operational execution to maintain a compliant, harmonious, and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation Management (Infotech)

• Manage and execute the full cycle of monthly payroll processing for all Malaysia‑based employees using Infotech payroll software.
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, and PCB (MTD).
