Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for office, project, site, and construction workforce roles.
Work with management, hiring departments, and agencies on manpower planning.
Handle onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
Manage work pass matters, including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate expatriate accommodation and worker dormitory arrangements.
Manage insurance, WICA, PCP, employee engagement, and HR reports.
Support payroll, statutory submissions, salary review, appraisal exercises, and MOM-related matters.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
4-6 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment.
Prior recruitment experience in the construction industry will be highly preferred.
