The Role This is a hands-on HR & Administration position to oversee end-to-end HR operations and office management in a dynamic environment. This role is responsible for payroll administration (including month-end reconciliations and statutory compliance), tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and HRIS management, while ensuring accurate employee records and timely submission of government surveys. You will drive the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, and work pass administration, to employee engagement, training initiatives, and business partnering with leaders on talent matters. The role also supports internal communications and employer branding efforts.
