Job Summary

In this role, you will be manufacturing and sampling blood products as well as providing vital support to qualified scientific staff. You will be processing blood products after the units have been received from the donors. This will involve scanning in the units of blood and processing the units to safely transfuse i.e. red cells, platelets, and plasma. You will also be required to supervise small teams within the department and assist with training of staff when required.

We are recruiting for 2 vacancies:

Permanent – evening shifts from 16:00 to 24:00 Mondays to Fridays

Fixed-term (12 months) – standard day hours Mondays to Fridays
