Job Overview

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Hardware Technician will support new projects and existing customers and will mentor team members on such projects within the hardware team. Their primary role will be to perform installation work and repairs of mobile computer and communication systems on heavy and light duty mining equipment.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

• Mentor team members in Hardware Technician and Hardware Analyst roles
• Perform successful repetitive installation work on large range of fleet vehicles with advanced root cause analysis for installations.
• Provide hands‑on training on company software and hardware
• Install Wenco hardware systems which include rugged computers, radios, and GPS antennas and antenna cables
• Installation and configurations of networks
• Install, test, troubleshoot and repair company equipment both remotely and on site
