We are seeking a

Senior Developer, Electro-Acoustics

to join our Research & Development team and play a key role in the design and development of next-generation hearing instrument technology.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise with project leadership responsibilities, supporting the research, design, prototyping, and verification of advanced electro-acoustic systems while mentoring junior developers and collaborating across global teams.

What you’ll do

Lead technical development activities for assigned R&D projects, coordinating responsibilities across team members and reporting project progress to leadership

Design and evaluate electro-acoustic circuits, power management systems, battery characterization solutions, and flex PCB designs for hearing instruments
