Overview
The Senior Fire Risk Assessor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of fire risk assessments across a portfolio of buildings, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of assessors, reviewing and approving reports, and providing clear, pragmatic advice to clients on remedial actions and fire safety management.
The Senior Fire Risk Assessor acts as the primary technical contact for complex or high-risk sites, supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency in fire safety reporting.
