As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Finance team based in Hyderabad this role will be responsible for cost center management, financial and business analysis, and periodic reporting for business teams. You will also -
Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and this role requires the candidate to work in UK shift timings from 3 PM TO 12 PM IST.Support the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual operating plan (AOP), and long-range planning (LRP).Perform variance analysis vs plan, forecast, and prior year for revenue, margin, and volume KPIs.Consolidate regional results and prepare management presentations.Perform Incentive & Profitability ModellingBuild and maintain detailed Excel/Power BI models for agent-level incentives, corridor profitability, and margin sensitivity.Evaluate financial impact of new commission schemes, promotions, or signing bonuse...
