Role Responsibilities - Own the preparation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the legal entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and country-specific financial regulations while managing finance operations for international entities from Singapore.
- Supervise day‑to‑day accounting operations with an outsourced accounting team including payroll and taxation.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory audits are conducted with a Big 4 audit firm, including end‑to‑end coordination and closure.
