Job Summary Manage comprehensive accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll, GST submissions, and financial reporting to support statutory audits and business decision-making.
Responsibilities - Prepare and process payments to local and overseas creditors(involve foreign currencies)
- Oversee and support junior staff in managing accounts receivable to maintain accurate collections and cash flow
- Manage full set of accounts including performing reconciliations and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register for accurate financial records
- Calculate monthly payroll and commissions, submit CPF contributions
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST Returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
