Role Overview You will be part of the Group Procurement team providing essential project backfill support to ensure seamless procurement operations and successful implementation of ongoing initiatives. In this role, you will:
Responsibilities - Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, including tender opening, acting as procurement system administrator, and performing daily transaction processing.
- Manage queries raised by business units regarding Group Procurement Policy, Operating Guidelines and other procurement matters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate closely with procurement administrative support team in Malaysia and address any escalated matters from Singapore business units.
- Support any new system roll out/enhancements by preparing and executing user‑acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met prior to go‑live.
