Product Support Engineer – Deposition / Dry Etch

We are partnering with a leading global semiconductor equipment company to hire Product Support Engineers specializing in either Deposition or Dry Etch technologies.

This is a highly visible technical role that sits at the intersection of advanced troubleshooting, customer support, and product engineering, supporting some of the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

The Role

• Serve as the technical expert for Deposition or Dry Etch product lines, leading resolution of complex tool and process issues
• Drive structured root cause analysis using equipment, process, and performance data
• Present technical findings and corrective actions to customers, gaining alignment on solutions and recovery plans
