About Bluestone Construction



Bluestone Construction is a growing general contracting company headquartered on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We manage renovation and construction projects across New York City, working primarily with subcontractors across all trades. As we scale, we're looking for an experienced Senior Field Manager to own day-to-day operations across our active project portfolio.




The Role



This is a senior, mobile, high-accountability role. You will be the operational backbone of Bluestone's field operations — moving between active job sites, managing subcontractors, keeping projects on schedule, and serving as the primary liaison between ownership, clients, and the trades. You report directly to the owner and have real authority to make things happen.
