Planta de Tratamiento de Agua de Yanacocha (WTP): Located 800 km northeast of Lima, Peru, Yanacocha is the largest gold mine in South America. The WTP project consists of two of the largest acidic water treatment plants in the region; the West plant will have a capacity of 3,000 m3/h and the East plant 2,700 m3/h. Early work is underway on the site, preparing permanent platforms and staging areas for the East and West plants, as well as Class 2 estimation, Level 3 program and Execution Plan.
