Provides support to customers, salespeople and field service personnel of instrument installations, demonstrations, ongoing education, technical and application related queries. Assist in development, implementation and coordination of training programs.

Supports the sales team in achieving goals related to sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: + Travel to and consistently provide highest level of customer service and support at different customer sites.
