Key Responsibilities:
Perform failure analysis at both physical package and die levels, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Lead electrical fault isolation using advanced techniques & tools.
Develop and execute bench-level test applications to validate hypotheses and reproduce failure mechanisms.
Interpret CAD layouts, schematics, and design documentation to support failure root cause determination.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, process, product, and reliability teams to resolve complex technical issues.
