Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment
Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Design and deliver training modules, deploying Global EY training content.
Deliver behavioural training programs and training on use of L&D tools.
Assist in L&D Operations.
Interface with AM‑L&D and other team members to understand and cater to learning needs.
Publish and manage training calendars, drive nominations through internal communication, and coordinate with training delivery partners and stakeholders.
Own and deliver learning‑related projects such as New Hire Orientation and Higher Education, managing data and reporting.
Monitor quality of training delivery with partners.
