Roles & Responsibilities-
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for Plant/factory level hirings,
- Manpower management- Category bifurcation,
- ‘- Manage the administration function for locations , including facilities & infrastructure of the location
- - Manage accounting of admin expenses
- - Procure & Manage Supervise office stock for Pantry, Canteen, Stationery, Office consumables and basic IT consumables.
- - Security management for location
- - Manage, train and supervise all Support Staff for Admin vertical
- - Vendor management (accounting, procurement & follow up part only)
- - Manage front office
