What the role is As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.
What you will be working on You will be involved in the Development Projects including upgrading of ITE’s training facilities.
Responsibilities - Implement upgrading of ITE’s facilities including taking charge of the project from inception to completion.
- Formulate and implement systems and procedures to ensure that the projects are well‑managed and in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage the contractors to ensure that the contractual obligations and deliverables are met.
What we are looking for - Relevant credentials in M&E Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building/Estates Management or other building‑related disciplines.
