Support the development, coordination, and monitoring of the Company's Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and other performance management initiatives.
Co-lead the Corporate Development unit and jointly manage the pooling of executives within GCDS.
Manage corporate finance assignments, including valuation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial advisory matters.
Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, and provide project advisory support.
Evaluate investment opportunities, appraise investments, and provide recommendations to management.
Analyse management accounts and prepare financial reports for management review.
Advise on and prepare proposals for fund-raising and capital-raising exercises.
Monitor the progress of corporate finance submissions with relevant authorities and ensure timely and appropriate responses to regulatory queries.
