Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the team
  • Take charge of multiple projects / teams and be responsible of the overall operations
  • Manage customers’ feedbacks, develop effective relationships, and maintain high quality service standards to all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure proper site management and control, inclusive but not limited to work efficiency, safety and cleanliness
  • Evaluate and review manpower and material allocation
  • Manage the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of works and materials
  • Monitor and control maintenance’s cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns
  • Assist QSD Manager in ensuring proper documentation and archiving of records in line with company’s ISO system.
