What The Role Is Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Special Educational Needs Support)
What You Will Be Working On
Provide case management, intervention and skills training for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) from enrolment through graduation and post-graduation transitions
Conduct needs assessment and ongoing review of students’ special educational needs
Develop student learning support plans and provide consultation to academic staff on inclusive practices, reasonable adjustments, and accessibility considerations
Coach and empower students with SEN in self‑advocacy, self‑management, and independent navigation of academic and workplace environments
Support students with SEN in school‑to‑work transition, including internships, workplace accommodations and employer engagement
Administer SEN fund applications, and procurement of assistive technology devices and services for students with SEN
