Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Learning Solutions and Systems We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead initiatives in process re-engineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and support the department's digital learning solutions, systems and training operations. This role will be responsible for analysing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and implementing automation solutions to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery of the learning initiatives of the organisation. This includes providing technical support, managing learning / training systems and websites, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
