Dance Ensemble Singapore (DES) was founded in 1993 to present diverse dance styles through its professional company and academy. DES participates in major local and international cultural festivals, showcasing a broad range of dance arts.

The Senior Executive, Arts & Marketing supports DES’s productions, programmes, and marketing efforts through hands‑on arts operations and marketing execution in a dynamic, small arts organisation.

• Coordinate DES productions and programmes for DES Arts and DES School to ensure seamless delivery of events
• Manage project timelines, logistics, venue arrangements, and artist coordination to meet production schedules
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to facilitate smooth event execution
• Oversee event operations, rehearsals, and performance requirements to maintain quality standards
