Agency Registration Management

• To process the end-to-end registration process for new agents/agencies.
• To coordinate the issuance, renewal and maintenance of agency licenses in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• To ensure proper data entry and accuracy of agent records in agency management system.
• To liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g BNM, MTA, and LIAM) and external parties for registration and licensing matters when necessary.
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date agent records in relevant systems.

Agent Movement Coordination

• To process all agency movement requests including transfers, hierarchy changes, resignation, promotion, and demotion.
• To validate requests against company policies and ensure proper approval are obtained.
• To maintain a master file for easy reference on movement records.
