Purpose of the Position You will provide administrative, operational and project management support to the team. Working closely with colleagues from medical, nursing, allied health, and internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate team initiatives, manage projects and programmes, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities 1) Administrative & Operational Support - Assist in the administration of partnership agreements, including the preparation, review, renewal, and tracking of MoUs, collaboration agreements, and service contracts. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate approval processes, maintain partnership records, and monitor agreement milestones and expiry dates to ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
