Maple Reinders is enhancing its Civil Estimating team, looking for a skilled Senior Estimator with over 7 years of experience in Water/Wastewater estimation. This role includes preparing detailed tenders, engaging with various stakeholders, and performing comprehensive risk evaluations. You will work on a range of projects, including Design/Build and Construction Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed cost estimates and quotations
• Consult with engineers and subcontractors for accuracy
• Conduct quality take-offs for all project types
• Finalize tender submissions with senior management
• Assist in proposal development for major projects
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Water/Wastewater estimation experience
• Project management or supervisory experience required
