Minimum Requirements:

• BEng / BTech / National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in estimating within an engineering, EPC, or mineral processing environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment, process plants, piping, structural steel, and fabrication
• Proven experience in compiling detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong commercial awareness and risk assessment capability

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical and process plant projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements to determine scope and pricing
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pricing schedules
