The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established Principal Main Contractor delivering refurbishment, heritage, listed building and general construction projects across the East Midlands and East Anglia.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager to take ownership of the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to tender submission.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both estimating and managing the wider bid process, playing a key role in securing future projects.
