            Key Responsibilities Handle complete estimation cycle for medium to large façade projects. 
Evaluate cost‑effective alternatives and risk factors. 
Mentor junior estimators and review their submissions. 
Represent company in technical‑commercial discussions with clients. 
Work closely with project and design teams for value engineering. 
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant UAE/GCC experience. 
Extensive knowledge of aluminium, glass, cladding, and curtain wall pricing. 
Proven track record in preparing winning quotations. 
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
