Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our clients Civil Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret tender documents, drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects (roads, bulk earthworks, pipelines, water & sewer infrastructure, stormwater, concrete works, etc.).
• Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing using relevant estimating software.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
