Our client is a growing civil infrastructure contractor delivering complex projects across the utilities and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to join their pre-contracts team.

Projects include water & sewer pipelines, pump stations, road construction, concrete infrastructure, earthworks, and associated electrical/mechanical works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed first-principles estimates and tender submissions
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
• Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
• Support bid strategy and tender delivery
