YOUR ROLE You will be responsible and focus on improving tool performance and availability, in charge of maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime requirements.
Responsibilities - Maintain equipment performance in cleanroom environment for quality production.
- Continually improve tool uptime availability, drive defect reduction and enhance hardware capability.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and improve MTBC.
- Analyze FDC data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Provide On Job Training for junior engineers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Drive cost reduction projects.
- Work with equipment vendors, Hookup and Facility Team to perform tool relocation, startup and commissioning.
- Communicate with equipment vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
