Technically proficient with mechanical and electrical aspects of centrifugal water pumps, submersible pumps, positive displacement pumps, and diesel engines.
Assemble, dismantle, install, test, commission, repair, troubleshoot, service, overhaul, and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on pumps, diesel engines, and motors.
Requires 7-10 years of experience.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.
Identify technical problems and recommend solutions or process improvements.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (or relevant trade certificate in Mechanical or Electrical).
