Responsibilities: Lead customer design engagements by managing queries, presentations, and compliance with standards. Involve in long-term design strategies that are aligned to company objectives.
Oversee design operations, including resource planning, strategic alignment, and implement new design tools, software, and best practices to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide guidance to Artwork Designers in developing new PCB designs, thorough design reviews and mentor team members.
Establish and maintain design standards and requirements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices in PCB design.
Implement design improvements and innovations to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
