            Job Description  Possess knowledge of environmental design, and green building rating tools (LEED, Green Mark, WELL, Smart Score, True Waste, LEAF, ILFI, etc.). 
Conversant with environmental simulations such as energy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, life cycle carbon analysis. 
Assist to provide environmental design briefs for clients. 
Technical knowledge of project work coupled with an understanding of project management tools. 
Manage internal project team, provide technical guidance on environmental design principles, analysis, and calculations. 
Lead projects independently and deliver technical solutions to design and client team. 
Lead pro‑active coordination with internal and external disciplines to achieve a high‑quality consistent set of presentation and design documents. 
Proactively check and coordinate project documents (including but not limited to multi‑disciplinary drawings, design reports...
