Ensures all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the inspections.Prepares and plans the deployment of workers to fulfill the commissioning schedule.Ensures the preparation of procedures and guidelines for systematic inspection, commissioning and start-up of Hull equipment.Initiate and manage the inspection, commissioning by Coordinating between the company and OEM.Highlight operational issues with regards to machinery and equipment.Ensure that OEM meets the Contractual agreement accordingly.Audit work site regularly and ensure that proper housekeeping is adhered to.Supervise onsite commissioning activities.Coordinate work with other Trades.Prepare and maintain commissio...
