            Job Description

Will act as shift supervisor.
Ensure production meets daily and monthly output targets.
Monitor cycle time, takt time, and line balancing.
Enforce quality standards such as defect prevention and zero-error production.
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen practices.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
Troubleshoot production issues like machine breakdowns or process delays.
Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards likeIATF 16949
ISO 9001
Monitor and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
Maintain production reports and documentation.
Lead shift meetings and communicate production goals.
Knowledge of Robotic welding (Tig & Mig).
