Responsibilities
  • Procure civil construction finishes, equipment, and systems from local and international sources/vendors.
  • Identify cost‑effective sourcing options while meeting the company’s quality standards and SOPs.
  • Monitor market trends, alternative materials, and innovations in construction and interiors.
  • Manage vendor evaluation database and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with project engineering and design teams for material requirements and timelines.
  • Analyze procurement data, control budgets, track expenses, and implement cost‑saving measures.
  • Prepare MIS reports and manage multiple projects independently.
  • Support sustainable sourcing practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong procurement experience in civil and finishes products – mandatory.
