Major Responsibilities

Maintain, govern, and continuously improve Metering Standards and equipment specifications, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory and legislative requirements

Lead standards development and regulatory adherence, incorporating stakeholder feedback and proactively implementing required changes

Review, update, and approve changes to metering standards for emerging DER technologies (EV charging, batteries, heat pumps)

Influence cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., System Planning, Protection & Controls, Customer Projects) to ensure alignment on metering standards and system requirements

Act as a technical escalation point, taking ownership of complex issues and driving resolution from investigation through implementation

Identify opportunities to enhance metering practices and QA processes, incorporating field insights, data, and emerging technologies
