Own the design of existing, new and/or non-standard product packages and develop technical solutions to meet the demands of assignments.
Produce designs of enhanced “quality” (functionality, durability etc.) with responsibility for entire XMT and Wellhead products.
Evaluate the relevant design rules/procedures/standards within OneSubsea and propose changes and improvements to a more senior team member.
Delegate responsibility for individual parts of design work to less experienced colleagues as appropriate, and when more innovative solutions are required will escalation for review by a senior team member for implementation.
Act as an escalation point for key issues/designs which require approval at this level.
Formally review the designs of less experienced engineers.
