            Key Tasks and Responsibilities:  Lead and perform Marine Systems engineering for FPSO Hull across Concept, Pre‑FEED, FEED, Execution, and Operation stages 
Ensure all marine system design decisions support safety, operability, maintainability, and compliance with regulations 
Develop marine system design basis, design philosophy, and standards 
Provide guidance, management, oversight, and technical support to shipyards, engineering companies, and marine equipment suppliers 
Support the engineering schedule development and project risk assessment 
Develop and review key marine system deliverables 
Perform marine process and package engineering activities, and support piping and layout as required to ensure system integrity and constructability 
Make balanced technical decisions considering quality, cost, schedule, and constructability
