Maintain servers, network devices, and security systems with proactive issue resolution. 
Support infrastructure expansion, upgrades, and integration with internal systems. 
Monitor and manage IT and security infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. 
Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvements with minimal downtime. 
Perform routine maintenance for servers, endpoints, and network devices. 
Support backup operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. 
Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents. 
Recommend improvements and new technologies to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
