The Senior Engineer Generation (Boiler) plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation assets. This position leads complex engineering initiatives within boiler systems, applying deep technical expertise and advanced tools to solve challenging operational and performance issues. The role supports the full lifecycle of generation equipment, from design and installation through operation, optimization, and maintenance; while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. As a trusted technical leader, the Senior Engineer provides guidance, training, and mentorship to colleagues, influences key technical and business decisions, and helps develop the next generation of engineering talent.What you will do
