We are looking for a Senior Engineer, Advance Quality for a multinational client within the Automotive Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities - Lead and drive Build-in Quality (BIQ) initiatives for new product introduction (NPI) to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product development and manufacturing process.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities arising from validation failures, production builds, and manufacturing observations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Manage Engineering Change communications and coordinate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions with customers from approval through implementation.
- Gather and translate customer-specific requirements into quality planning documents, including DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans .
