Engagement Lead

Own the overall engagement, client relationship, governance, delivery quality and commercial accountability for the Agile Playbook & Coaching mandate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the engagement across all macro-phases: assessment, target model, operationalisation and deployment design.
• Manage senior stakeholders across CIO Office, Group Platforms, Product, Delivery and Tooling.
• Set up governance forums, steering updates, decision logs, RAID tracking and milestone reviews.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within the 3-month design window.
• Own final recommendations, executive narratives and sign-off packs.
• Ensure the proposal / delivery remains aligned to company objectives: value delivery, lean governance, transparency, Standardisation and adoption.
