Pay Range: $77.75hr - $82.75hr
Responsibilities:
Work with leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs for the Community Growth & Engagement teams, and the hosts we support globally. Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for Community Powered Growth and Engagement teams globally. Partner with relevant cross functional stakeholders to facilitate content creation and coordinate educational content for ongoing training relevant to the Community Manager role. Develop a toolkit of materials include eLearning, participation guides, worksheets, email templates and videos to support relevant initiatives Launch and manage Highspot (content management system) for Community Managers.
